Lex Primus is a full service law firm made up of young, dynamic and visionary legal practitioners with proficiency in all facets of law practice in Nigeria.

We operate on the basic theory that the expertise of a law firm is made up of the collective capability, knowledge and proficiency of its individual legal practitioners and thus a law firm should not be constrained by geographical boundaries or the personal primary area of specialization of any of the individuals that make up the entity.

Lex Primus runs a lean and efficient operation, and with the aid of modern technology it is able to provide world-class, issue specific, practical and effective solutions to its clients' needs, in a prompt and timely manner as well as at competitive cost for both daily business needs and major transactions because we believe that our clients' achievements are a co-relative of our own accomplishments.

The name Lex Primus comes from two Latin words "lex" and "primus", together meaning "law first", because it is our belief that law is the main fulcrum in all human interpersonal, business and governmental relationships.

Furthermore it is our view that the proper legal framework is a necessary precondition for success in any such relationship.

The firm was formed in 2003 and currently operates from offices in Lagos and Abuja.

Our Lagos office is located in a prestigious high-rise block in the central business district, within walking distance of the principal law courts and close proximity to major business organizations and the relevant government agencies.

Our Abuja office is similarly located in the commercial nerve center of the city.
